We loved this restaurant,its fun that you can make your own okonomiyaki at your table. The lady was really helpful,and cheerful. The food was extremly delicious. 😊 Arigatou gozaimashita.

Amazing place for okonomiyaki, very friendly owner, she taught us how to make our own okonomiyaki and yakisoba! Food quality is great too, fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, family friendly, cozy... DIY Monjayaki/Okonomiyaki/Yakisoba restaurant. Pretty quiet in the evening (winter time) and the guests seem like local regulars. I imagine it is quite packed during the day, as it is on the same street as the popular Hasedera temple. Good food. Nice atmosphere. Kid friendly. Highly recommended!!

The service is good, they asked whether we can eat pork or not, and teach us how to cook. The okonomiyaki was tasty.

Amazing little family fun restaurant. We discovered it by mistake and so happy we did. The lovely lady came over and explained to us everything to do to make our own food. And came back to check if everything was going well. Little English, but a little is all you need.Fresh ingredients and tasted delicious!

Amazing place to have Lunch. You Cook your own Okonomiyaki or other japanese dishes in a grill placed on your table. Service 10/10 and reasonable price.

The staff was very friendly and helped us cook the yakisoba. We didn't realize we were going to be responsible for cooking and lucked out when she helped. Yummy food and very friendly staff. Reasonable price for good portions.

They now have an English menu. They also make an excellent effort to keep English speaking guests happy. The Okonomiyaki we had was delicious and the lesson on how to cook it was both patient and friendly.

Enjoyed the experience so much. Okonomiyaki, yakisoba, monjayaki for only 900yen and you get to do it yourself (fun!!) :D I wanted to order more but was already full after one order!

Amazing okonomyaki, With a lot of ingredients, you can also add fish and others !Really good and not so expensive (900¥ around 7€)I recommend it !

Amazing family run restaurant here where the owner showed us how to make it on the grill (each table has its own grill). We got to flip it ourselves and add little toppings. It’s a bit hard to find because it’s on the second floor. Truly a hidden gem! Oh yes and it was very tasty... hot and fresh off the grill.

The making of the food is the best part. The taste itself is mediocre and not exactly worth going for.

Great Okonomiyaki here. We had no idea what we were doing, but the shop owner was extremely friendly, and even with no Japanese and no English on her part, she was able to communicate and was patient with us, she did a fantastic job.

Such nice folks serving us. Amazing okonomiyaki. You have to order it here, it is their specialty. They make the first one for you and teach you how to make others. This is a small hidden gem here. Amazing food.

Place served some of the nicest food I had in my travel to Japan. The staff were very polite and understanding about my lack of Japanese, especially considering there was no English speaking staff. Food served was done in front of you and allowed you to cook yourself with assistance from the staff if needed. 5/5 will travel to this place again.

Normally I do not write reviews, but the service and the price are so good that i really want to share my experience in this Okonomiyaki restaurant.It is possible to sit traditional on the ground or normally at the chair..... The place is also a kind of an dark wooden Japanese style and for my expectation also clean onlythe toilet could be a little cleaner....The staff is very friendly and they're giving their best to speak and understand english.They have an english menu.It's a really nice experience that i would recommend to every person visiting Kamakura.

I love this little okonomiyaki place. The lady who is always working there is so friendly, and will be keeping an eye on your grill so you don't mess up your pancake. Pleasing proportion of ingredients in the okonomiyaki in my opinion. Love to munch on cucumbers with mugi miso and umeboshi paste while we wait.

Authentic place with great service! You cook your own choice from the menu on the grill built into your table. A few different styles, but mainly two categories from my understanding of the menu: a mix of meat or seafood and vegetables, and the same with a pancake-style batter. Had the chicken, and liked the way it was pre-seasoned.Very reasonably priced (800-1000); we spent more on sparkling water:-).Some English, but the lady has the entire restaurant under control and will be happy to help you with the next step to end up with a good meal!

Nice service as expected, owners very helpful with shaping our perfect okonomiyaki on the grill. We enjoyed the mix of meat and seafood. Yet another wonderful experience.

We felt warmly welcomed by the family running this restaurant. There was an English language menu and they showed us how to cook our chosen dishes on the hot plates. Good selection of drinks as well. A great experience!

I ate okonomiyaki that I cooked myself! It was very easy to do thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. The food was very tasty. I totally recommend it.

Make your own okonomiyaki, the woman there was so nice and helped me with cooking my okonomiyaki. I'm giving it a 4 not because it was bad but because I cooked it. I recommend the mixed okonomiyaki and an oolong high. Go with friends so you can get a mixture of things.
